If code is delayed:
1 Check if your payment is pending.
Check if your payment is still pending. If it is, that’s why you haven’t received the code—we haven’t received the payment yet, which can happen with Cash App. You might want to try using a card instead. Once payment is received, the code is automatically sent to your email.
If the payment is still pending or processing, you can contact our payment processor at hello@lemonsqueezy.com and share the email you used at checkout to ask why.
Usually, if the payment is stuck for a few days, it gets canceled, and the money is returned.
2 Server Maintenance
If Chrysler server for T00AM or T**QN serial is not working (in maintenance mode), there could be a delay.
Not even the dealership can provide you with a faster code because we use the same system.
3 Additional Information Required
Some specific radio serial numbers need more information, such as the part number.
We will send you an email asking for that information so we can provide you with your code as soon as possible.
