Our Service

We provide customers with an online radio code retrieval service for car radios. We supply the original manufacturer code that matches your radio's own serial number, so a legal owner can restore a lost or forgotten code. All services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

Who This Service Is For

This service exists to help legal vehicle owners recover a factory radio code they have lost or no longer have access to - for example after a battery replacement or disconnection, the purchase of a used vehicle, or a radio repair or reinstallation. We provide the original manufacturer code linked to your radio's serial number; we do not defeat, remove, or circumvent any security system. It is not a tool for gaining access to a vehicle or radio that is not yours.

Acceptable Use

You may use this service only for a vehicle and radio that you legally own or are authorised to service. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Requesting a code for a stolen vehicle, or for a stolen, found, or otherwise unlawfully obtained radio.
• Requesting a code for a radio that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to service.
• Using our service to gain unauthorised access to any vehicle or device.
• Reselling, redistributing, or misrepresenting the codes we provide - except resale by approved API partners as described under "API Partners and Resale" below.

By placing an order you confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle and radio, or that you have the owner's permission, and that your request complies with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any request we reasonably believe is unlawful or violates this policy.

API Partners and Resale

Businesses we approve for access to our reseller API ("API partners") may integrate the API into their own website, application or workshop software and resell the codes they receive to their own customers, under their own brand. This permission applies only to approved API partners and only on these conditions:

• Before requesting a code, the API partner must obtain its customer's confirmation that they legally own the vehicle and radio, or are authorised to service it. The Acceptable Use rules above apply to every request made through the API.
• The API partner may not use the FindRadioCode name, logo or trademarks, present itself as FindRadioCode, or bid on FindRadioCode brand terms in paid search.
• The API partner is responsible for payment, customer support and refunds for its own customers.
• Credits are prepaid at the monthly-spend rates published on our Radio Code API page. Prepaid credits do not expire.
• We may suspend or revoke an API key if we reasonably believe it is being used for stolen radios, shows abnormal request patterns, or breaches these Terms.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you are legally entitled to request and use the radio unlock code service. We do not take responsibility for illegal or unauthorized use of the codes we provide. By using our services, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the device or have permission to request its code.

Payments and Refunds

Payments made for our services are final. Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Review Invitations

A few days after your purchase you may receive a single email inviting you to leave an optional review of our service. This is a one-time transactional follow-up; we do not use your email address for any other marketing communication.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, loss of business, or device malfunction.

Privacy

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product names, and logos are the property of their respective owners. Use of such marks does not imply affiliation or endorsement. This website and its original content, design, and graphics are owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Dispute Resolution
