How to Find the Serial Number (S/N)

Before generating the radio code, you need to locate the serial number on the unit.

Tip: take a photo of the label and let our scanner read it - the barcode cannot be misread the way a small printed 0, O, 1 or I can.

If your unit cannot show its serial on screen, the label on the radio chassis is the fallback. The procedure for accessing it depends on the truck and the radio installed.

Look for a barcode sticker marked "S/N" on the rear or top of the unit.
