- Please ensure that you always double-check the serial number before entering the code. If the wrong serial number is used(with typo), the code will not work and a new code will need to be purchased.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- 1. Make sure that the serial number is entered correctly.
- 2. Take a short video📽️ of the code entry process, MUST include the serial number from label of that radio at the end of same video. See video example.
