Paid and not received my code?
Search Your Order

1. If we emailed you that the code will be sent within 24 hours, rest assured it will be. Some codes require manual processing.
2. Check your spam/junk folder — emails sometimes end up there.
3. Check if your payment is pending (especially with Cash App). If pending, we haven't received it yet — try using a card instead.

My code is not working?

2. Some radios need a few minutes to boot up. You may see: "Uconnect account removed. System restart will occur shortly."
3. Double-check your serial number — mistyped entries cause 95% of issues.
Some letters and numbers look very similar:
  • 0 (zero) – O (letter)
  • 2Z
  • 1Il (lowercase L)
  • iL
  • UV
  • B8
  • 5S
Use a barcode/QR scanner to verify your serial number.

Wrong serial? You'll need to checkout again with the correct one.
