The Chrysler Grand Caravan was essentially a rebadged version of the Dodge Grand Caravan sold in certain markets. It shares the same RT minivan platform and the same radio generation — which means it also shares the same limitation.
No on-screen method exists on this model. The Chrysler Grand Caravan was never fitted with the Uconnect 8.4" touchscreen. Dealer Mode is not accessible.
The radio generation used here is an older Uconnect unit with physical preset buttons and a small display — it has no diagnostic screen menu. The serial number is printed on a label on the radio chassis and can only be read after physically removing the unit from the dashboard.
