The Chrysler RBY Alpine is a dealer-installed Chrysler audio and multimedia unit. Alongside standard radio and audio playback it may include touchscreen controls, Bluetooth, CD/DVD playback or factory navigation, depending on how the vehicle left the factory.
RBY is the Alpine premium single-CD/cassette variant primarily fitted to the early-2000s Town & Country and Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ Overland with the Infinity speaker package. Externally similar to RBT but tuned for the rear-cabin entertainment harness wiring used in long-wheelbase minivans.
Look for the Chrysler RBY Alpine in Chrysler vehicles from 2001-2007. It came with the Alpine multimedia platform and is still found in many cars from that period.

How to Read the Serial Number Off Your Chrysler RBY Alpine
Your unlock code is bound to the radio's serial number, so it is the one detail the form asks for. The number lives on the label printed on the housing of the radio itself.
On this unit: Top of the radio chassis. On RSE-equipped vans the chassis is bolted in with two extra harness retainers - unclip these before sliding the unit forward. Removal uses two T20 Torx on the side rails plus a single 7mm bolt at the bottom centre of the bezel.

How to enter your Chrysler RBY Alpine code

A countdown means the anti-theft system is holding the unit. Leave the ignition on until it clears. Three wrong codes triggers "WAIT" with a one-hour countdown. Keep ignition in ACC so the timer counts down.
