Part numbers on the same label begin with 39100 or 39101 — these are not serials. When in doubt, use the Settings → Device Information menu or the 1+6 button method to pull the serial directly from the radio.
The Display Audio platform applies the same three-try lockout as earlier Honda radios. Recovery steps:
- Keep the ignition in ON or ACC — avoid turning it off.
