Three steps to your code
No VIN, no paperwork, no appointment - the serial number off the radio is the only thing we need.
- 1 Read the number on the sticker On the printed label on the radio housing, beside the barcode. Most units have to come out of the dash - release keys cost a few dollars.
- 2 Type it in the form Copy it character for character. We check the format up front, so a typo never costs you anything.
- 3 Get the code The code is on screen straight away and in your inbox. It never expires and keeps working every time power is cut.
Covered by a full refund if the code does not work on your unit.

How to Identify the MyGIG NTG4 REZ
Not sure if your vehicle is fitted with the MyGIG NTG4 REZ? Check the design, controls, display and features listed below against your factory radio.
Typical identification features:
- 6.5" touchscreen in the centre of the dash
- Built-in navigation with factory map data
- The chassis label carries the REZ sales code
- A serial that begins with T00AM, T00BE, T0012
This is probably your radio if:
- the factory label reads REZ
- the serial on the label starts with T00AM, T00BE, T0012
- the build year falls inside 2011-2013
- the 6.5" touchscreen is the one the MyGIG NTG4 family uses
REZ uses part numbers in the P05064247, P05064248, P05064760, P05064761 ranges (plus PZ5064247AK). If your part number starts with P05064080 or P05064114 you have a RER, not a REZ.
About the MyGIG NTG4 REZ
The MyGIG NTG4 REZ is an original factory-installed head unit developed for selected Chrysler vehicles. Built to deliver reliable audio playback and vehicle integration, this unit may also offer Bluetooth connectivity, touchscreen controls, CD/DVD playback, navigation or multimedia support, depending on the exact configuration.
REZ is the mid-tier MyGIG navigation unit - 6.5-inch touchscreen with map nav, but using a smaller flash storage instead of the 30 GB HDD found in RER. The look and feel of the menus is identical; performance is slightly faster on map redraws.
The MyGIG NTG4 REZ was installed in various Chrysler models between 2011-2013. It was commonly fitted to vehicles built on the Harman multimedia platform and remains one of the more recognisable factory radios of that period.
Typical features include:
6.5" touchscreen
AM/FM radio
Navigation built in, with factory map data
Hard-drive music storage for copied discs
CD playback
AUX and USB input*
Steering wheel control support
Anti-theft security code
*Availability depends on the vehicle configuration.
The MyGIG NTG4 REZ carries the same anti-theft protection as most factory units. Once power is cut - a flat battery, a battery swap, or the radio being removed - it will ask for the original code before it comes back to life.
For the manufacturer's own documentation of this platform, see Uconnect support at driveuconnect.com.
How Owners End Up on This Page
Nearly all of the MyGIG NTG4 REZ codes we generate follow one of these four events.
The battery was replaced
A replacement battery - or a flat one after the car stood over winter - cuts power to the radio, and the anti-theft system arms itself the moment power returns.
A replacement radio
Replacement radios are the classic case: every unit has its own code tied to its own serial. Read the serial off the newly fitted radio and order for that one.
A repair cut the power
Alternator, starter or fuse-box work usually means disconnecting the battery - and the radio arms its anti-theft as a side effect of the repair.
You bought the car used
No handbook, no code card, seller long gone - none of it matters. The radio's own serial number carries everything needed to calculate the code.
The way out is the same in every case: serial number in, original code out, within seconds.
Your MyGIG NTG4 REZ Serial Number - Where to Look
The code is calculated from the radio's own serial number, so that number is the only thing you need before ordering. It is printed on the factory sticker of the unit itself, not in the vehicle documents.
Where exactly: White label on the top of the chassis, near the back-right corner. The radio must come out; REZ has no on-screen serial display.
How to reach the number:
- Pull the unit forward with release keys (cheap online) - the wiring can stay connected.
- Read the serial from the printed label on the housing, next to or under the barcode.
- Enter it exactly as it appears - no spaces, no dashes.
Your serial lives on a label like this

The part number is printed on the sticker on top of or on the side of the radio chassis, usually next to the serial number. If yours appears above, the MyGIG NTG4 REZ is the right page.
Putting the code into the radio
Nothing to install and no tools needed - only the code itself.
- Switch the ignition on and let the radio boot to its security screen.
- The code prompt comes up with its own keypad.
- Enter the four digits in the order you received them.
- As soon as the last digit lands, the radio verifies on its own.
- On a correct code the radio leaves security mode and plays again.
Troubleshooting the MyGIG NTG4 REZ
The radio is counting down
A countdown means the anti-theft system is holding the unit. Leave the ignition on until it clears. Three wrong codes show "WAIT" and start a 60-minute countdown. Keep the ignition in RUN or ACC while waiting; cutting power resets the timer back to 60 minutes. Once the timer ends the correct code clears the screen and is remembered until the next power loss.
The label is not where I expected
Only the radio itself carries it - slide the unit forward and the label is right there. White label on the top of the chassis, near the back-right corner. The radio must come out; REZ has no on-screen serial display.
Locked again after it was fine
Nothing is broken. Any interruption to the 12V supply brings the lock screen back. Loss of constant 12V to the radio - dead battery, battery replacement, jump-start gone wrong, or the radio being removed from the dash. REZ will not lock while it has uninterrupted power.
Same face, different radio
One glance at the label settles it - worth doing before the order. REZ uses part numbers in the P05064247, P05064248, P05064760, P05064761 ranges (plus PZ5064247AK). If your part number starts with P05064080 or P05064114 you have a RER, not a REZ.
The code belongs to the radio and never changes, so keep it somewhere safe once you have it.
