If an on-screen serial is unavailable, the identifier can be read from the label on the radio chassis. Identify the Serial Number on Your Installed Radio
Use the complete identifier in the Serial Number or S/N field. Do not identify it only by its length or by the longest string on the label. The part number is a different field. Read the installed unit rather than assuming a supplier or prefix from the vehicle model year.
